In addition, four restaurants across the culinary destination retained their honourable mention in the 2025 guide, including Nobu Dubai at Atlantis, The Palm and Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, estiatorio Milos and La Mar by Gastón Acurio at Atlantis The Royal. Plus, Studio Frantzén by Björn Frantzén was announced as a brand-new entry.

FZN by Björn Frantzén: A New Pinnacle

Leading this culinary renaissance is FZN by Björn Frantzén, which debuted at Atlantis, The Palm in November 2024. In an unprecedented feat, FZN earned three Michelin stars within its first year, making Frantzén the only chef globally to hold three Michelin three-star restaurants simultaneously .

FZN offers a nine-course tasting menu that marries modern European cuisine with Japanese influences. Guests begin their experience in a stylish lounge with canapés, followed by a guided tour, culminating in an intimate 27-seat dining room. At Atlantis The Royal, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal offers a unique dining experience that reimagines historic British dishes. Retaining its one Michelin star, the restaurant presents a menu that spans centuries, featuring dishes like the iconic Meat Fruit and Tipsy Cake. In 2025, it ranked No. 33 in the MENA 50 Best Restaurants and was honored with ‘Wine Offering of the Year’ and ‘Sommelier of the Year’ awards.
