One of the most talked about events in the event industry, Eventmania will take place on September 9, 2024 at the new Ballroom of the Arjaan by Rotana Dubai Media City hotel. This festival will be a platform where artists and contractors have the opportunity to personally present their services to event providers, and where event agencies update their databases by connecting with new service providers. This is a large-scale marketing event in the event industry, where corporate customers and event organizers update their pool of suppliers.

Arjaan by Rotana Dubai Media City hotel’s new ballroom promises a stunning ambience with a lacy crystal ceiling, plenty of natural light and spacious galleries designed specifically for the welcome area and buffet. Located at the entrance to Palm Jumeirah, the hotel provides easy access and also offers ample parking and Valet Parking services.
Description of the event
One of the main objectives of the festival is to gather event industry professionals in the Middle East and the UAE to create a community, exchange experiences and discuss current trends in event management. EventMania will be the perfect place for the event industry to update their vendor pool, check out new products and identify trends for the upcoming season. In this atmosphere, each customer has the opportunity to be inspired by new ideas and establish direct contacts with service providers, which makes EventMania an important event for the entire industry.
Project Mechanics
EventMania participants will go through a unique Event Labyrinth, where they will be able to meet with direct customers in speed-dating format. With three-minute presentations at each point, participants will be able to reveal themselves to agency representatives, companies and private clients. With 30 points in the maze, each participant has the opportunity to present themselves in front of 150 potential clients.
Event program
Event Labyrinth represents only part of the EventMania program. Participants can also perform on stage in front of an audience, organize a photo zone or activity, give interviews and share their experiences with the entire community.
