Meat Me Monday
Taking place every Monday from 5.30pm to 12am, experience Weslodge Saloon’s North American spin on the timeless tradition of a steak dinner at Meat Me Mondays celebrating the world’s finest cuts- all paired with world-class wines and live guest performers. Set in Weslodge’s atmospheric dining space and lounge boasting some of the best views of Dubai’s twinkling skyline and the iconic Burj Khalifa,
this exclusive experience gives carnivore connoisseurs the chance to choose from USDA tenderloin, ribeye or tomahawk fresh from Weslodge’s famous hardwood & charcoal grill (the biggest in Dubai). Adding a memorable soundtrack to an evening of meat an array of guest singer-songwriters, bands and talented musicians across Dubai will perform weekly.
Weslodge Saloons Meat Me Monday includes a choice of USDA Tenderloin (250g) with chips or salad and two glasses of house wine at AED 220 per person, USDA Ribeye (350g) chips or salad and two glasses of house wine at AED 259 per person or Tomahawk (1kg) including one bottle of house wine at AED 699 for two people.
“With Love From Toronto”
Food might be at the heart of Weslodgebut music is its soul – something the team wants to mark with a new live music night every Tuesday from 5.30pm to 12am. With Love from Toronto brings together these two elements in a weekly evening of contemporary blues and jazz from Canadian duo The Lady J and a feasting platter menu highlighting Weslodge’s North American menu.
Alongside famed Weslodge plates – finger licking fried chicken, crispy calamari, beef-tastic sliders and the finest fish tacos in the city – The Lady J band will take diners on a musical ride. From the roadhouse to the record store, expect an award-winning blend of traditional blues with reimagined all-time favourite tunes, jazz classics, and funky soul from the two-piece band.
From 5:30pm-12am, with live performance from 8pm-11pm Weslodge’s With Love From Toronto platter with two house beverages including wine at AED 150 per person or food platter including two glasses of sparkling wine AED 175 per person.
Ladies Night
Ladies get their turn to enjoy Weslodge Saloon’s stylish interiors and award-winning menu every Wednesday from 5:30pm until 12am. Serving up 360-degree views of the downtown Dubai skyline from the 68th floor girlfriends can catch up in a relaxed setting with a selection of dining platter packages including maple glazed salmon, southern fried chicken and pastrami short rib served with plenty of bubbles. Served to a soundtrack inspired by Toronto-born rapper Drake, with a bumping bass of RnB and hip-hop hits.
Ladies Night offer includes a sharing platter starting from AED 75 per person, platter plus two house beverages for AED 110, with two glasses of bubbles for AED 220, and unlimited sharing platter with unlimited bubbles for AED 350 per person.
“All The Way Up” Thursdays
Taking place on the 68th floor with unbeatable views of the cityscape every Thursday this sky-high restaurant will see an all-night long DJ set guiding Dubai residents back to the 80s and 90s for a roster of throwback old-school hip-hop beats. Guaranteed to get the weekend off to a nostalgic start, the rap-heavy soundtrack will be illustrated by motion artwork, Weslodge’s award-winning North American menu and house made blends.
Brunch Club On 68
Swing into the New Year with a buzzy 68th floor brunch at Weslodge Saloons brand-new bottomless brunch extravaganza blending live entertainment and award-winning dishes Canada-style. The place to be for all the fun every Friday from 1.30pm to 4.30pm, Weslodge Saloon will take guests on a guilty pleasures’ culinary trip across North America with an exciting roster of live guest performers. Starting with the city’s infamous Montreal born Lady J duo, delivering a side order of soul. Expect an award-winning performance of contemporary blues with reimagined chart hit RnB tunes, jazz classics, and funky soul from the two-piece band.

While the tunes will get everyone in a feeling-free Friday mood, eating is never far from anyone’s mind at Weslodge. With the talented team serving up North America’s most craved flavours. Including the Weslodge Chop with avocado, goats cheese and dill and melt-in-your-mouth Scorched Wagyu to start. There’s a Canada-style Beef Poutine of fries piled with pulled short rib, beef gravy and cheese, a fresh and spicy Ahi Tuna Tartare and much-loved old menu golden pieces of Southern Fried Chicken, just like mumma used to make (if mumma added Tabasco honey for extra heat).
