Street by GOSSIP presents a vibrant, edgy new scene where visitors can enjoy a modern mix of fusion style street food with Asian and Emirati influences. Created under the umbrella of GOSSIP The Brand, Street by GOSSIP is more rebellious and mischievous than GOSSIP, it is a bold alternative to the brand’s elegant and fashion-focused restaurant.
At the newly launched La Mer Beach venue, the graphic interiors are complemented by the contemporary cuisine, offering an urban escape where guests can take in the food and the ambience. A handbag filled wall showcases lined up white handbags where guests can sign their names, leave a quote or comment. The light-hearted environment is further complemented by swinging chairs at the tables, neon lights and slogans on the wall such “Leave Ur Phone Live The Street”, “We See What We Want” and “Dare to Street”.
The restaurant is renowned for its creativity, not only in the décor but in the dishes as well. Guests can feast on a variety of items offered by the food bar concept, Bao Bars, Bites Bar and the Sushi Bar and then follow this with a signature favourite the Dubai Surprise; a deconstructed dessert displayed like an art canvas and prepared right in front of those who have ordered it. Items on a the menu combine local and international tastes in very unique ways, many tastes will be unlike anything people have tried before.
Not only is the food eccentric but the vibe is one like no other. A night not to miss at Street by GOSSIP is “Dare to Street” on Fridays where a DJ, dancers and live entertainment turn the venue into a certified party.
