L’eto is a perfect place to enjoy a long inspired breakfast or lunch with your non-penny-pinching friends. The place itself is very inviting and sophisticated looking; appearing very much the sort of place you drop in and get some sophisticated lunch to take away or one of the incredible looking cakes from the counter. It is a very inviting venue with a lovely décor that is peppered with a smart and arty European charm. This is a cafe for the Instagram-obsessed who love cute and quirky interiors and colourful drinks like coffee-free lattes (red velvet & goji berry, saffron & turmeric or green matcha) and superfood smoothies (açaí & blueberry).
The menu isn’t huge but has plenty of variety, and there is plenty to mix and match from the counter if you want to go freestyle. Here you can order the Arabic eggs, the Italian eggs, shakshouka, or even a Jerusalem eggs! Poached eggs with avocado – this is a simpler dish with two poached eggs served on a bed of spinach and avocado on a green spinach bun. And no matter what time you go, you need to save room for desserts and coffee. Even for breakfast, the dessert counter is just too appealing to pass by. The deserts were quite exceptional; hand-made and in satisfying portion sizes.
I would recommend L’eto for is a casual café experience, either something from the selection of savoury items from the counter or stopping off for a bit of cake. Or you could simply go in and chill with a lovely refreshment, whether this be something fruity such as a smoothies or fresh juices, something hot such as one of their custom teas or coffees. L’eto coffee blend was created specially for the brand with an influence of Australian school of roasting coffee by Raw Coffee Company. Pure 100% Arabica coffee blend with a mix of Rwanda’s Origin, Burundi’s Origin, Colombian Origin, Ethiopian Guji beans. Rich in flavors: Nectarine, Milk Chocolate, Apricot acidity medium to low, Medium to high sweetness, Medium body, a hint of plum aftertaste.
