Taking inspiration from the noble elegance of the expansive desert landscape, Sable Nuit pays tribute to nature and its infinite contrasts. Created by perfumer Nicolas Beaulieu (IFF), the Oriental Spicy fragrance celebrates the ever-appealing meeting of the warmth of burning desert sand and the invigorating freshness of majestic clear nights.
The scent opens with bright, fresh top notes of Olibanum enlightened by Pink Pepper. While Benzoin and Labdanum fuse at its heart to create a balmy, ambery warmth, Cedar and Patchouli woods generate a deep, magnetic aura. At the base of the fragrance, the Olibanum resinoide takes a mysterious and mineral smoky turn, as it meets Ambroxan and a voluptuous, carnal and woody Vanilla base.
As part of Les Mille et Une Nuits collection, Sable Nuit is presented in the iconic and utterly distinctive bottle. The flacon is crafted in opaque, onyx colored glass, which enhances the fragrance’s mystical allure, with the bottle topped in a smooth, golden cap. This sensual and tactile cap design evokes a gleaming stone that glows in the desert. The cap is lifted to experience the elixir within, while the fragrance name is elegantly engraved on a golden Armani/Privé stamped plaque set on the bottle’s face.
