Bombay Brasserie, Taj Dubai’s signature Indian restaurant and designer kitchen will be revitalizing Dubai’s brunch scene with the launch of its new “Jazz It Up” Saturday brunch, set in the stylish, sophisticated backdrop of Taj Dubai’s famed flagship restaurant. Guests are in for a culinary treat, with the brunch’s indulgent array of authentic Indian dishes, infused with unique flavors and crafted cocktail pairings.
The unique brunch menu was conceived by Executive Chef Vikas Milhoutra and restaurant’s Head Chef Ajay Singh and features a modern twist on classic dishes such as root vegetable platters, non-vegetarian kebabs, avocado lentil pancake and chole with kulcha, smoked vegetarian and non-vegetarian biryani with signature sauces and small truffle and tomato kulchas, raan bao and all-time favorite garlic naan.
Featuring an open interactive kitchen, the restaurant will be seen serving up a scrumptious selection of only the best Indian street food favorites with a bold and boozy twist on Pani Puri and Chaat every Saturday to please the brunch-goers looking for a meal with a kick. Chef’s special desserts will be served directly at your table for a sweet afternote. The experience is complemented by creative concoctions of artisanal cocktails, accompanied by a side of funky beats performed live by a guest DJ and saxophone player to keep you entertained.
