Coralie celebrated the special preview of the newest collection in the Dubai Mall, with famous influencers, celebrities, and media representatives for the grand store opening. The exclusive event held a meet and greet with the CEO as she unveiled the new collection. A live DJ entertained guests as delicious canapes were passed around. A 360-degree camera attracted significant attention, as fashionistas, trend-setters, and content creators wore Charriol’s exquisite pieces which exuded luxury from every angle.
Charriol has long been distinguished for its extraordinary range of luxury products that combine quality, class, and elegance. A name associated with Swiss excellence and uncompromising quality and originality of design, the new UAE store boasts a broad range of luxury timepieces, leather accessories, and fine jewelry, including the latest collection of The St-Tropez™ products lines.
Founded in 1983 by French entrepreneur Philippe Charriol, the brand remains an independent family-run enterprise. Coralie Charriol sits at the helm in her continued role as Creative Director, a position she has held for two decades, and more recent appointment as the Executive Chairwoman and CEO of the company. Dedicated to pursuing her father’s legacy in guiding the boundless evolution of the house, she has designed more than 50 collections for the brand, from watches to handbags to best-selling accessories. Her attitude, her ethos, and spirit infuse all the brand’s offerings from watches, jewelry, accessories, fragrance, and eyewear.
Charriol Leather has been thoughtfully designed and well-crafted to nurture, stay faithful to, and maintain the brand’s essence by facilitating access to the Maison by a broad customer base. With its ultimate touch of sophistication and femininity, while preserving and promoting its culture, Charriol Leather has become an experimental workshop that crafts leather to complete the modern women who take on leading roles.
Over the years, Charriol has proved their designs of staggering attention to detail and Swiss-manufactured luxury after debuting with watches. Their signature twisted cable motif, in combination with pavé embellishments, produce exquisite pieces. All eyes turn to Charriol’s creations when they appear on the Red Carpet, as the brand’s creations add a dash of French chic and long-forgotten glamour.
The St-Tropez™ has always been a watch designed for jewelry lovers. Its clever conception as a bijouxmontre offered an add-on to the classic timepiece. Perhaps due partly to its indelible substance, the chain motif is uniquely impervious to the whims of trends. The design is timeless in its appeal yet modern in its application. The new St-Tropez™ Mariner Jewelry Collection is organized into three lines; the chain is endlessly reinterpreted through a mix of metals, motifs, and charms. The range is expansive and includes bangles and bracelets, rings and earrings, and necklaces – all designed to be mixed and matched. The result is a modern, bespoke parure set completed by the wearer and sure to be an essential part of her everyday dress.
Coralie Charriol shares, “Reimagining the chain was just the beginning … within the context of its maritime heritage, we were able to play around with so many shapes and materials, each more exciting and pleasing than the last. With this new collection, we’ve been able to capture the world of St-Tropez™, a complete offering that balances the spirit of our hometown – a charming seaport that matches the sparkle of its illustrious guests. For me, it’s a collection that transports you straight to Saint Tropez, evoking the views, sounds, and excitement of this singular place.”
The new Charriol store is located in the Dubai Mall, a 2 minutes walk from the Aquarium. The store covers an area of over 100m2 decorated in the style of the 5th generation of the brand’s boutiques. Warm wooden floors, bronze and old gold tones on metallic elements, a palette of fabrics and colors combining greys, lavenders, and other historical “prune color” of the brand, and soft ambient lights complemented by bright spotlights on the products make it a real shopping experience.
