The Melbourne franchise practices an “Ocean to Plate” philosophy which is reflected in every aspect of the restaurant, from its design and ambience, to service and cuisine. Executive Chef and Partner Donovan Cooke, of MasterChef Australia fame, has adapted recipes from his Melbourne kitchen to suit the Dubai palate. Think live Scottish Scallops baked in their shells with Cinnamon & Lemon or Black Bream with Fennel, Celeriac, Leek & Truffle “en papillote”. The signature dish of the venue will be the Olive Oil Confit Salmon with Heirloom Vegetables & Herb Jus.
The exquisite dining options are sure to rouse the senses, from the oyster bar and grill or the à la carte menus, through to Donovan Cooke’s signature degustation menus.

‘Ladies of the Atlantic ladies’ night’ where all ladies enjoy a sumptuous 3-course ladies’ night menu featuring The Atlantic Dubai signature dishes for only AED 199 per person including 3 complimentary drinks from 6pm-11pm every Tuesday.
‘Ocean To Plate Brunch’ from 1pm-4pm every Friday. An opulent seafood affair where brunch-goers enjoy signature Atlantic dishes whilst marveling at the panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai fountains.
