Established in a unique partnership with the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition, Cartier continued celebration of visionaries who are shaping the future and highlighting the essential role of women in driving global progress, fostering equality and guiding new generations.

Set within the context of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, the Women’s Pavilion will be open from April 13 to October 13, 2025. Renowned Japanese architect Yuko Nagayama designed the Kumiko-inspired façade of the Women’s Pavilion as a symbolic bridge between tradition and modernity, while acclaimed artist Es Devlin took on the role of Global Creative Lead to conceive its internal immersive journey.

Conceived by Japanese architect Yuko Nagayama, the Kumiko-inspired façade, served as the centrepiece for the Japan Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai. It now graces the returning Women’s Pavilion for its second instalment. The façade has been repurposed, marking an unprecedented initiative and forging a connection between the two global expositions.

Multi-award winning contemporary British artist, Es Devlin, the Global Artistic Lead of Women’s Pavilion, has created an audio experience offering glimpses into how individuals and communities can come together to shape a brighter, more equitable future. Join this incredible journey to uncover the transformative power of women in this universal call for change.

As a vibrant hub for dialogue and collaboration, the WA space will host a dynamic program of events, including panels, talks, exhibitions, and demonstrations. Visitors are invited to join the conversation and become an active participant in shaping a future that resonates across generations.

At its core lies a powerful manifesto calling for a brighter future, one in which all individuals, regardless of gender, coexist in true equality and harmony. It is a world where mutual respect thrives, and where every individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
