Designed for Dubai’s discerning professionals and culinary enthusiasts, these menus offer the perfect fusion of exceptional flavours and sophistication, set against the backdrop of one of the most stunning dining venues.

A Stylish Rosé Lunch above the Clouds
This sophisticated business lunch menu presents a carefully curated selection of starters, main courses, and desserts, all complemented by free-flowing bubbles. Guests can begin with a choice of starters, including the soup of the day, beef carpaccio with parmesan and balsamic vinegar, smoked salmon salad, or a rich foie gras terrine. For the main course, there are several indulgent options: homemade linguine with vegetable ragout, tender short ribs with pomme purée and seasonal vegetables, seared sea bream à la plancha with pomme purée and seasonal vegetables, or a decadent truffle croque monsieur served with a seasonal salad. To finish, guests can indulge in an array of tempting desserts, such as velvety chocolate with hazelnut foam, paired with chocolate sorbet and hazelnut praline, or a refreshing selection of sorbet and ice cream with a variety of flavours including chocolate, apple, raspberry, passion fruit, yogurt, coffee, and vanilla. Guests may also choose from a classic crème brûlée or a refined daily cheese selection, offering the perfect end to a remarkable dining experience.

To elevate the experience, guests can savour an exceptional selection of bubbles by the glass or those seeking something more indulgent, can delight in At.mosphere’s signature cocktails, such as the Arabian breeze, golden hight, and skyline sour.
