The home of the original Mai Tai, Trader Vic’s JBR, located in Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, is calling all brunch lovers to the dynamic venue to savour the flavours of its brand new Friday feast. The Cheeky Tiki Brunch will turn the traditional brunch experience on its head and offers a dining experience to remember, every Friday from 12:30pm to 4:00pm, with the premium brunch package at AED325.
The brunch will feature an array of lip-smacking dishes served in a sharing style, for one and all to enjoy. The menu will feature house favourite dishes such as the spicy cheese balls, an appetising sushi platter, salads, tuna poke, and tantalizing tuna ceviche. The main course breaks out the tasty Singaporean noodles garnished with chicken, shrimp, snow peas, red onion and peppers; tender sea bream on a bed of mashed potato; and a juicy beef tenderloin finely sliced and brought to your table by the chef himself. Ending the brunch on a sweet note is a special selection of mouth-watering desserts that will have guests craving more. All dishes will be brought to guests at their tables, giving a unique spin to the traditional “self-service” brunch concept.
Fridays at Trader Vic’s JBR are set to be a memorable experience as the Head Chef performs a classic ritual, parading a gigantic fresh tuna into the venue on a surfboard. Preparing the freshest seafood delights in front of guests, a seafood corner offers a wide variety from king prawns to octopus to tuna poke.
Patrons are invited to say “Aloha” to a fantastic brunch experience, featuring a Bloody Mary station as well as a boat, where guests where guests can take the signature drinks: Mai Tai and Tiki Puka Puka. And if that doesn’t tickle your fancy, you can also choose from eclectic and innovative cocktail offerings from the menu. The show stopping live band will be playing non- stop Latino music, all through the day keeping the ambience of the venue alive. Guests can salsa their way into the evening post brunch after feasting on all the mouth-watering dishes and sipping on the tiki-tastic cocktails.
