“The investment in the medical vocational education takes place through integrating the newly graduated physicians in their new careers in ad hoc centers”, Dr. Naji Said. “The physicians must complete the internship, and then they will get involved with the community of general practitioners. This step helps upgrade the public health, and strengthens the medical tourism as well”, he added.

Accordingly, students from other countries come to the UAE to obtain education in various medical fields”, Naji clarified.

He noted that the regulatory authorities in the UAE accredited Liberty Dental Clinic to be a training destination for students in internship in the dentistry field.

“Specialized centers in this field emerged to facilitate the access to work for the newly graduated, in the context of legislations and regulations drafted by the government to monitor and analyze the vocational data, in a manner which helps the development of policies and plans to stimulate these sectors”, Dr. Naji told.

Moreover, DHA adopted a strategy to strengthen its partnership with the various international authorities and institutions to keep pace with the latest developments in the health sector, as it is interested in the accreditation of the best international practices that aim to the assure the quality of health services”, he noted.

Naji underlined the fact that Dubai grants priority in the health care to the individual experiences through a coordinated network of services that meet the needs of individuals, protects their safety, rises up to the ambitions, expectations, and favorite choices of the individuals and their families and care providers, and also assures their involvement in the decision taking regarding the care and therapy.

Naji underscored that DHA adopts an innovative and multidiscipline approach for health care, and works hard to enhance the lives of community members.
