In order to give back to the community during the Holy month of Ramadan, Stretch.com is launching Ramadan Talks that will focus on the benefits of fasting, nutrition, mindfulness in working out and much more. The weekly talks are created for individuals who fast during Ramadan and want to continue their fitness journey during the holy month as well as anyone who wants to improve their lifestyle.

The talks cover various topics related to fitness and health during Ramadan, including the importance of staying hydrated, the benefits of working out while fasting, and the role of nutrition in keeping the body healthy and energized during the day. Mindfulness and awareness in working out is another important topic.

Stretch.com is collaborating with the certified Dubai-based nutritionist Kerry Brouillet who will share nutrition tips and recommendations while the Stretch.com team will focus on the talks around fitness and mindset. The sessions are interactive, allowing participants to ask questions and engage with the speakers.

The Ramadan Talks at Stretch.com provide a unique opportunity for individuals to learn about fitness and health during Ramadan and to connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and welcoming environment. It is a great way to stay motivated and committed to fitness goals while observing the holy month.
