Barbeque is the native language of the southern states, ‘Smokehouse’ and ‘Merica’ go hand-in-hand. It is this belief that has led to the creation of a limited edition, ‘Smokehouse’ Menu at FireLake, the American inspired grill-house and cocktail bar. The ‘Smokehouse Menu’ features exciting new dishes inspired by the smoky aromas of the Deep South, offering flavors that highlight the eclectic and multicultural influences familiar to the region.

Comforting classics take centre-stage in this mouth-watering, wholesome menu featuring starters such as Smoked Lamb with Goats Cheese, Shallot and Parsley. Mains include Smoked Beef Neck with Mash, Gravy and Bone Marrow to tickle the taste buds of all. No meal from the south is complete without a sugary, calorific end, such as Salted Caramel Ice-Cream with Burnt Brittle Powder as a dessert.

Special beverages, including the Moonshine Old-Fashioned have been created to complement the exciting new menu. The carefully curated menu is part of a rotating series of monthly menus – inspired by different locations around the states. After the Smokehouse Menu, LA and Miami will follow featuring classic dishes synonymous with each city.
