Leading UAE real estate developer Reportage Properties announced the completion of works in the first phase of the Rukan Lofts 1 project, which the company is developing in the “Dubailand” area in cooperation with the “Continental Investments” company.

The Rukan Lofts 1 provides about 349 premium villas, while Rukan Lofts 2 provides about 305 villas. The “Rukan” tower also includes about 488 housing units, distributed among studios, one-, two- and three-room apartments.

The completion and handover of the Rukan Lofts 1 project represents a new episode in the process of “Reportage’s” achievements, after the company recently started handing over the Al Raha Lofts project in Abu Dhabi.”
Mr. Islam pointed to the distinguished location of Rukan Lofts in the Wadi Al Safa 7 area in Dubailand, close to the Arabian Ranches, and to the most prominent shopping centers, golf courses, and entertainment complexes.
Rukan Lofts is one of the major projects in Dubailand, as it includes more than 800 perfectly designed townhouse units, spanning an area of 2.6 million square feet, and consisting of more than 70% of open and green public spaces that create an ideal home environment for the family.
Suleiman stressed that despite the challenges associated with the repercussions of the pandemic since 2020, Reportage Properties was keen to carry out construction works in all projects according to the specified time plans. They are also keen on handing over the units to buyers according to the specified dates, which reflects the strong performance and stability of the company’s business model, and enhances buyers’ confidence in the company’s projects.
The Reportage Properties portfolio includes 19 projects, 17 of which are in the UAE, providing about 7 thousand housing units within the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in addition to the “Montenapoleone” project in Egypt, and “Silvana” in Turkey.
The list of Reportage Properties projects in Dubai includes the Alexis Tower project on Sheikh Zayed Road in the Downtown Jebel Ali area in Dubai, which provides 378 luxury housing units, and the Rukan tower in the Dubailand area, which is being developed in cooperation with Continental Investments, and provides about 488 housing units, Rukan Lofts 1, which includes about 349 residential villas, and Rukan Lofts 2, which provides about 755 villas, in addition to the “Verdana” project, located within the Dubai Investments Park, and provides 305 townhouse units.
In Abu Dhabi, Reportage Properties completed the Al Raha Lofts 1, which provides 164 housing units, and Al Raha Lofts 2, which adds 110 housing units, within the Al Raha Beach area.
In Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, the Oasis Residence 1 is being developed to provide 612 apartments, and the Oasis Residence 2 includes about 304 housing units, in addition to the “The Gate” project, which adds 463 apartments. The company recently launched the Plaza project in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, which consists of 348 housing units, in addition to the Leonardo Residence project, which was delivered about 3 years ago, and includes 177 apartments in Masdar City.

On Al Maryah Island, Reportage is proceeding with the development of the Al Maryah Vista project, which will provide 786 housing units, in addition to Al Maryah Vista 2, which will include 588 new housing units. On Yas Island, the Diva project is being developed to provide 736 residential units, as well as the Birla 1 project on Yas Island, which includes 190 housing units, in addition to Birla 2, adding 115 new housing units.
In Egypt, Reportage Properties launched the Montenapoleoni project last year, which will include 5,500 housing units, with the first phase providing 1,309 apartments and townhouses. The company also recently launched the Silvana project in Turkey, which provides 232 townhouses.
