Reportage Properties, the leading UAE real estate developer, is organizing a special sales day at the Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche Hotel, on Sunday, February 26th.
The company make a special offer on all the their projects, including a 10% discount, 10% down payment, and 1% monthly installments until handing over.
The “Reportage Properties” portfolio includes 22 projects in the UAE, Egypt, Turkey and Morocco.
Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO, said that “Reportage Properties” continue their strong performance in the real estate market, and organize many sales events, which include various offers to fulfill the buyers’ requirements, which is reflected in robust sales in all projects.
The company achieved sales of Dhs2.3 billion in 2022, compared to sales of Dhs1.6 billion in 2021, with a growth of 45%.
Suleiman confirmed that the company continues the construction works in all projects according to the specified schedule, so as to be completed and handed over on time, which enhances the investors’ confidence in their projects and the real estate market in the UAE.
During 2022, “Reportage Properties” succeeded in the completing and handing over the units in 3 real estate projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, where the “Al Raha Lofts 1”, which includes about 164 housing units, was handed over in the Al Raha Beach area in Abu Dhabi , as well as the “Al Waha Residence 1” in Masdar City , which provides 612 apartments.
The company also completed the first phase of the “Rukan Lofts”, which was developed in the “Dubailand” area in cooperation with the “Continental Investments”, and provides about 349 residential villas.
Suleiman confirmed that Reportage Properties will continue to launch new projects, whether inside or outside the UAE, which meet the requirements of large segments of investors.
Last year the company launched their second project outside the UAE, the “Silvana”, in the Basaksehir district of Istanbul, Turkey, which provides 232 townhouses. This came after they launched in 2021 the “Montenapoleone” project in “Mostaqbal City” in New Cairo, Egypt. The first phase of the project provides 1309 apartments and townhouses.
In the local market, “Reportage Properties” launched the “Verdana” project in 2022, located within the Dubai Investments Park, which consists of 305 townhouse units. They also launched the “Plaza” project in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, which consists of 348 housing units, and the “Birla 1” on Yas Island, which includes 190 housing units, in addition to “Pirla2”, which will add 115 new housing units.
