From Brassiere tradition to all-day dining, the café is located in Dubai Mall’s Fashion Avenue and serves traditional Mediterranean food with French cooking techniques, inspired by Novikov’s Head Chef, Rory Duncan. Novikov Café opened its doors to the public, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch in a relaxing and chic ambiance.
Novikov Café’s emphasises on providing the best dining experience from start to finish by bringing a curated menu inspired by traditional Mediterranean cuisine, utilising the abundance of ingredients available in the UAE. The café’s recipes revolve around wood coal cooking that offers a modern take on French techniques, which is deliberately light, detailed, and delicious.
