Expect plenty of super-fresh sushi and tasty grills, with interesting ingredients sourced from Japan. Highlights include the chicken teriyaki slider, yellowtail ceviche with black pepper, wagyu yakitori skewers and matcha meringue with cheesecake foam, but it’s all so, so good.
Once inside, guests are met with an industrial-chic dining room with a soaring ceiling and a vibe aking to a trendy Tokyo sushi bar or a Japanese Ryokan. Lots of blacks and dim mood lighting are offset by bursts of colour coming from the hanging plants and chic bronze touches. There’s also an outdoor terrace offering a more relaxed vibe, with umbrellas and casual seating.
