Francophiles will already be well acquainted with this world-renowned Parisian Brasserie that was conceived by Louis Fouquet in 1899. Located on the fashionable Champs-Elysées, Fouquet’s offers a hushed and elegant haven where movie stars, writers and gourmets gather to share signature dishes from the brasserie’s repertoire.
This launch marks the UAE’s second outpost, following Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi opening to critical acclaim in Louvre Abu Dhabi. Fouquet’s has made its mark worldwide, in stunning locations such as Champs Elysées, Courchevel, Cannes, St Barth, New York, Marrakech, and now Dubai, marking the brand’s twelfth location globally.
Fouquet’s Dubai will continue to embody the essence of Paris chicness with a decor imagined by Bruno Borrione, Philippe Stark’s long-time collaborator, combining red velvet armchairs, wood-panelled walls adorned by an array of black and white Harcourt portraits, retracing Fouquet’s cinematic history, where Hollywood’s elite, including Penelope Cruz and George Clooney among others, have graced the red carpet during the renowned Cesar Awards Dinner.

In addition to La Brasserie, guests can also take a gourmet break in Le Café that keeps with Parisian tradition. Embellished with red parasols, traditional French café tables, and bistro chairs in woven rattan, either to relax on the terrace or hum the air filled with the aromas of freshly baked pastries and breads in the boutique. The perfect spot to enjoy a coffee and a pastry, or why not savour the flavours of a French classic like a Croque-Madame.
On top of the Brasserie, Le Toit is a must-visit rooftop that will prove a stunning addition to Dubai’s nightlife scene. Guests will love the contrast of the hanging garden against the backdrop of the city skyline and the amazing atmosphere enhanced by resident DJs. Le Toit promises endless nights of fun and enjoyment, with a myriad of signature cocktails on offer. Like all of Fouquet’s restaurants, the Fouquet’s Dubai menu offers a stunning reinterpretation of French gastronomy, beautifully melds reminiscence and discovery, with signature dishes including Burgundy Snails, Terrine of Duck Foie Gras, French Onion Soup, Black Truffle Rigatoni, Classic Beef Tartare, Crêpes Suzette, and Fouquet’s Millefeuille.
