For more than a century, Fouquet’s has championed the French Art of Hospitality, with its unique story continuing to be written in front of the Burj Khalifa. Ideally located in the heart of Downtown, this launch marks the city’s first outpost.
Anchored in the heart of Downtown’s Burj Plaza, Fouquet’s Dubai boasts sensational views of Burj Khalifa and a multi-layered experience combining a café, a brasserie, and a rooftop. Make a date in your diary and prepare to fall in love with Fouquet’s Dubai, where you’ll feel the iconic “Art de Vivre” in the heart of Downtown Dubai.
Francophiles will already be well acquainted with this world-renowned Parisian Brasserie that was conceived by Louis Fouquet in 1899. Located on the fashionable Champs-Elysées, Fouquet’s offers a hushed and elegant haven where movie stars, writers and gourmets gather to share signature dishes from the brasserie’s repertoire.
This launch marks the UAE’s second outpost, following Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi opening to critical acclaim in Louvre Abu Dhabi. Fouquet’s has made its mark worldwide, in stunning locations such as Champs Elysées, Courchevel, Cannes, St Barth, New York, Marrakech, and now Dubai, marking the brand’s twelfth location globally.
Fouquet’s Dubai will continue to embody the essence of Paris chicness with a decor imagined by Bruno Borrione, Philippe Stark’s long-time collaborator, combining red velvet armchairs, wood-panelled walls adorned by an array of black and white Harcourt portraits, retracing Fouquet’s cinematic history, where Hollywood’s elite, including Penelope Cruz and George Clooney among others, have graced the red carpet during the renowned Cesar Awards Dinner.
Expect the marriage of effortless, old-world elegance and chic, contemporary design. While this stalwart style is very much part of the brand’s DNA, expect a unique fusion with Dubai’s personality, a marriage of effortless, old-world elegance and chic contemporary design.
In addition to La Brasserie, guests can also take a gourmet break in Le Café that keeps with Parisian tradition. Embellished with red parasols, traditional French café tables, and bistro chairs in woven rattan, either to relax on the terrace or hum the air filled with the aromas of freshly baked pastries and breads in the boutique. The perfect spot to enjoy a coffee and a pastry, or why not savour the flavours of a French classic like a Croque-Madame.
On top of the Brasserie, Le Toit is a must-visit rooftop that will prove a stunning addition to Dubai’s nightlife scene. Guests will love the contrast of the hanging garden against the backdrop of the city skyline and the amazing atmosphere enhanced by resident DJs. Le Toit promises endless nights of fun and enjoyment, with a myriad of signature cocktails on offer. Co-created with one of the world’s best-known mixologists who has an unmistakable flair for originality, expect drinks that will set your palate alight, and take you on an immersive experience in Paris districts.
On the 1st floor, opens the door to a secret addition: Le Salon Diane, an exquisitely decorated private room, featuring a lounge area with comfortable leather armchairs and a boardroom with 20s spirit of Rosewoods of Rio, true to the legendary Brasserie’s penchant for timeless style. Fouquet’s Dubai is the scene for all celebrations and private events, offering an inimitable chic and Parisian “je-ne-sais-quoi” for unique events in full view of the Burj Khalifa.
Like all of Fouquet’s restaurants, the Fouquet’s Dubai menu offers a stunning reinterpretation of French gastronomy, beautifully melds reminiscence and discovery, with signature dishes including Burgundy Snails, Terrine of Duck Foie Gras, French Onion Soup, Black Truffle Rigatoni, Classic Beef Tartare, Crêpes Suzette, and Fouquet’s Millefeuille.
“We are beyond thrilled and excited at the launch of Fouquet’s Dubai. Given the huge success of Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi, we are confident that the Dubai dining scene will welcome the city’s first outpost with open arms. There’s already a palpable buzz from Dubai residents and visitors alike who are fans of Fouquet’s Paris, as well as the restaurant’s other global locations. We are looking forward to bringing the same French flair with a unique Dubai twist.”
