The hotel houses 823 rooms and suites over 69 floors, each floor with exclusive never seen before, behind-the-scenes photography from their movies. The hotel also features eight experiential dining concepts that celebrate the hotel’s Californian spirit in their menu.

Paying homage to the historical magic of motion pictures, stand-up comedy, theatre productions and performing arts is The Paramount Screening Room. Beginning screening in November, it is a private cinema, time capsule and a stage for live entertainment acts with a side of light gourmet bites and bubbles. Launched with a private screening of a UAE produced film, Paramount Screening Rooms aims to support, recognize and celebrate the regional film industry, as well as young and independent filmmakers.
Pacific Groove, synonymous with coastal and luxurious aesthetic, is a Californian bar and restaurant. The restaurant offers a culinary curation of sizzling grilled seafood, woodfired steaks, fresh salads and a Raw bar. Flashback is the surreptitious speakeasy bar & lounge that serves custom cocktails by craft mixologists in an intimate Hollywood setting, complete with moving classic posters and two private rooms.
