Exclusively for the summer, Demon Duck has launched a unique Demon Summer Brunch where guests can enjoy an inventive take on the much-loved Chinese and Asian classics. Situated within the Forbes 5-star rated Caesars Palace Dubai, Demon Duck has been created by celebrity Chef Alvin Leung bringing a memorable experience to Dubai’s culinary scene.
The Demon Summer Brunch takes place every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm with live entertainment, quirky décor and a delicious brunch menu. To complement their meal, guests can enjoy a variety of beverages such as Kung Fu Girl Riesling and other grape-based selections.
Brunch-goers can experience the restaurant’s Chop Chop Suey dish mixed at the table, consisting of a fresh vegetable medley and calamansi drizzled with sesame dressing. Guests can also taste Shrimp Gao, shrimp mousse, asparagus and bamboo shoots, Minced Beef Gyoza, Rainbow Trout with brown butter, Thai basil and nuoc cham and more. For an additional AED 400, the showstopping Slow Roasted Whole Demon Duck will also be available with steamed calamansi buns and calamansi hoisin sauce.
Beyond its delectable menu options, Demon Duck will entertain guests with a mesmerising magician and delightful caricaturist, as well as showcasing refined interiors, cultivating a speak-easy ambiance reminiscent of Hong Kong eateries. Guests can revel in the music curated by DJ Niko who skilfully remixes popular tunes, infusing a relaxed party vibe for the afternoon brunch.
