Mochi ice cream is a fusion Japanese dessert that wraps ice cream in a traditional Japanese mochi rice cake, that has grown to become a favourite across east Asia and several western countries. Founded in 2017 by Carole Moawad, M’oishî launched its first venue at Citywalk and is the UAE’s first and only homegrown mochi ice cream manufacturer. M’oishî takes pride in playing with a variety of premium raw ingredients, sourced from Japan and the UAE, to curate an extensive range of 100% natural (preservative and GMO-free) flavours. With 13 branches across the UAE and one franchise in Riyadh, M’oishî now also offers home and online delivery and catering for events.

An unconventional take on the novelty Japanese dessert, M’oishî is the only homegrown mochi ice cream brand based in the UAE. Having launched their very first venue in 2017 at Citywalk, M’oishî rapidly grew to become a favourite amongst the residents of the country and has now expanded to 13 concept cafes across the UAE, with one franchise in Saudi Arabia.
