A Symphony of Culinary Artistry: The Eight-Course Extravaganza
In the heart of Dubai’s culinary scene, the symphony of gastronomic delight unfolds over eight acts, each a masterpiece in its own right, collectively painting a picture of culinary brilliance. Guests are invited to start their epicurean journey with the delicate Hamachi, adorned with the crisp and refreshing embrace of radish. The dish is bathed in the seductive aromas of bouillabaisse, transporting you to the sun-drenched shores of the Mediterranean.
Following this overture, the Chef will present Kristal Kaviari, a jewel of the sea, accompanied by the lush union of potato and uni. This dish is an ode to the art of simplicity and the celebration of the finest ingredients. The crescendo approaches with the Kaviari Blue Lobster, nestled in a divine artichoke barigoule, elegantly crowned with a vibrant green peas puree. Here, the dish reaches a sublime crescendo of flavour and texture.
The zenith of the evening arrives with the Bresse Chicken, a culinary masterpiece of perfection. The chicken, cooked to absolute precision, is graced by the intoxicating presence of white truffle, each bite an exploration of culinary artistry. Concluding this gastronomic masterpiece is a captivating epilogue—a selection of signature desserts that will enchant your palate. Each dessert is an intricate piece of art, skilfully harmonising an array of flavours and textures to offer a sweet and unforgettable finale.
These eight courses represent a journey into the soul of gastronomy, a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation.
