Emporio Armani unveils its new fragrance campaign starring British actor Nicholas Hoult and Italian actress Alice Pagani, on the occasion of the launch of a new empowering fragrances duo Stronger with you Freeze for him and In love with you Freeze for her. This new chapter follows the introduction in 2017 of the fragrance duo Stronger with you for him and Because it’s you for her, celebrating unconditional love and the strength of togetherness. The new modern and cinematic love story by Emporio Armani gathers on screen two talents, equally elegant and captivating.

Nicholas Hoult, one of Hollywood’s most sought after actors known for blockbuster films like the X-Men franchise as well as for Oscar-nominated and BAFTA-winning film The Favourite, stars alongside mutinous actress Alice Pagani, best known for her leading role in successful Netflix drama series Baby, as well as her performance in Italian film Loro. The two actors perfectly embody the campaign’s philosophy, exuding on-screen the electrifying chemistry that unites them throughout every single moment of their love story.

Encapsulating the unbreakable strength of love and togetherness, the Together Stronger campaign by Emporio Armani is focused on a young couple irresistibly in love. Captured by the lens of French director Fabien Constant, the new campaign set against an urban landscape features the couple throughout their romantic journey in time. The film depicts their strong yet playful connection through ever-more enthralling lovers’ situations and surroundings.

From an unexpected kiss in their vintage cars on the street, to a ride in a classic carousel by night, they continuously chase each other, to seize the instant, making it last to freeze the moment. Not even Alice’s boarding a train can keep the lovers apart, the irresistible attraction for each other and unrivalled chemistry is always stronger than anything. The refreshing energy of the track ‘Powerful’, by American electronic dance music trio Major Lazer featuring Ellie Goulding and Tarrus Riley, and the intensity of its chorus, also contribute to the evocative and soulful atmosphere of the film.
Nicholas Hoult first received critical acclaim at only 11-years-old when he starred opposite Hugh Grant in About a boy. Since then, his films reflect his agility with appearances in international franchises as well as character-driven dramas.
Hoult is currently in production on Taylor Sheridan’s Those who wish me dead alongside Angelina Jolie, and his most recent films include Yorgos Lanthimos’ Oscar-nominated and BAFTA-winning film, The Favourite alongside Olivia Colman, Emma Stone and Rachel Weisz, Justin Kurzel’s period film The true history of Kelly Gang, Fox Searchlight’s biopic Tolkien. Hoult’s upcoming project include among other international film projects Hulu’s series The Great costarring with Elle Fanning set to release in 2020.
Spotted in an underground in Rome by an agent in 2015, Alice Pagani landed her first part in Il Permesso by Claudio Amendola in 2016, followed by the leading role in Guido Chiesa’s Classe Z, before being cast in 2017 in Paolo Sorrentino’s biopic Loro. Her leading role in Netflix Original Series’ teen drama Baby in 2018 gave her an international recognition, allowing her to appear in 2019 in The Poison Rose alongside John Travolta and Morgan Freeman, before starting Baby series’ second season. In 2019, Pagani also won Italian Ciak D’Oro female revelation of year award for her performance in Loro by Paolo Sorrentino and in Baby Netflix Original Series.
